冬瓜鸭粥

[用料]冬瓜1个,光鸭1只,大米300克,鲜荷叶半张,冬菇5个,陈皮3克,葱花、姜茸、麻油各少许。
[制法]先将连皮冬瓜洗净切厚块。在水滚后放入大米、冬菇、冬瓜、鲜荷叶、陈皮同煮粥。光鸭于油锅内煎爆至香,铲起加入粥内同煲,在。鸭够烂时捞起切件,用葱花、姜茸、麻油调味,和粥服食。佐餐食用。
[特效]适用于水肿。
