鲫鱼灯心粥

[用料]鲫鱼1~2条,灯心草7~8根,大米50克。
[制法]鲫鱼去鳞及内脏洗净,与灯心草一起放入沙锅中,加水煎煮1小时,过滤去渣留汁,下大米煮成粥。佐餐食用。
[特效]调胃,实肠下气,适用于慢性肾炎。
