花生仁蹄花汤

[用料]猪蹄1000克,花生米200克,老姜30克,精盐20克,葱10克,胡椒粉15克,味精1克。
[制法]先将猪蹄刮净残毛,洗净,砍成小块;花生米洗净,浸泡;姜拍破,葱切碎。将沙锅置旺火上,加水2500克,下猪蹄烧开后撇尽浮沫,放进花生米和姜,待猪蹄半熟时,将沙锅放至小火加盐继续煨炖,炖烂起锅盛汤钵中,撒入胡椒粉、味精、葱花即可。佐餐,食料饮汤,每日1料,分2次服。
[特效]补血,通乳,润肠,适于产后妇女食用。
