[用料]鲤鱼500克,商陆10克,赤小豆50克,紫苏茎叶15克,陈皮10克,生姜5克,葱白4根,粳米50克,糖、醋各少许。 [制法]鲤鱼去鳃、肠杂洗净,与诸药共煮至烂熟,空腹食鱼及豆。其汁入米熬成粥,调以糖、醋,随意食用。本粥不能加食盐。佐餐食用。 [特效]适用于慢性肾炎。
