鲤鱼葱豉粥

[用料]鲤鱼1条,糯米50克,葱白、豆豉各适量。
[制法]将鲤鱼去鳞及内脏,洗净,入锅内,加水适量,以文火煮至水减半时,去鱼入糯米及葱、豆豉煮粥,视米开花、粥稀稠适中为度。每日早餐1次,温热服食。
[特效]适用于水肿。
