鲜香芝麻粥

[用料]黑芝麻150克,大米100克,猪蹄汤1500克,冰糖200克。
[制法]大米淘净,清水浸泡1小时后沥干;黑芝麻炒香,与米混合,加水磨碎,用布袋滤出细浆。猪蹄汤加冰糖煮溶化,将细浆慢慢倒入,并不断搅拌,直至成糊状。随意食用。
[特效]健脾补虚通乳,适用于产妇缺乳症。
