蒲公英粥

[用料]蒲公英60克,金银花30克,粳米50~100克。
[制法]煎蒲公英、金银花,去渣取汁,再加入淘净的粳米煮粥。每日2次,温热服食。
[特效]清热解毒,适用于乳腺炎、肝炎、胆囊炎、扁桃体炎、眼结膜炎等。虚寒泄泻者忌用。
