栀子粥

[用料]栀子仁3~5克,粳米50~100克。
[制法]将栀子仁碾成细末。用粳米煮稀粥,待粥将成时,调入栀子末稍煮即成。每日服食2次,2~3天为1疗程。
[特效]清热泻火,适用于黄疸性肝炎、胆囊炎以及目 赤肿痛、急性结膜炎等。不宜久服多食。平素大便泄泻者忌用。
