金针猪蹄汤

[用料]鲜金针菜根15克;猪蹄1只。
[制法]将金针菜根洗净;猪蹄去蹄角、毛和粗皮,洗净,砍成块,一并放入煲内,加水,煮沸后小火炖至猪蹄熟烂即可。饮汤,吃肉和金针菜根。
[特效]消热消肿,适用于乳腺炎。
