[用料]猪心1只,枸杞叶50克,豉汁、盐各适量。 [制法]猪心洗净后切细片;枸杞叶洗净切碎。将猪心、枸杞叶同入豉汁(约500毫升)中煮烂熟,加盐等调味品作羹。 [特效]本羹以猪心配枸杞叶,重在滋养心阴、补养心血,心血充则心有所主,神有所含,帮有使心悸、怔忡得去,而诸证自消。
