[用料]芡实、羊肉各50克,板栗肉、枸杞子各15克,大葱3克,食盐2克,味精1克,茶叶末少许 。 [制法]将羊肉洗净,切片;板栗肉、枸杞子、芡实共捣碎为末。将羊肉片、茶叶末先放入锅中,加水适量,用武火烧沸后,改用中火保持其沸度直至熟软时,再加入食盐、葱花。同时边下边搅地下入板栗、杞子、芡实肉末,至成羹后放入味精,拌匀即成。 [特效]本羹除羊肉外,还配用屯健脾厚肠的板栗、益精补肝肾的枸杞子以及涩止泻固的芡实,再加作料,使之成为清香可口、毫无腥膻、味道鲜美的药膳。
