青鸭羹

[用料]青头鸭1只,草果1个,赤小豆250克。
[制法]将青头鸭宰杀洗净,赤小豆淘洗干净,连同草果装入鸭腹内,再将鸭放入锅内,加水适量,用火炖煮,待鸭炖熟后即成。食时去赤小豆、草果,加调料拌食。
[特效]利水消肿、祛湿水。因为青鸭羹是为水肿患者而制的药膳,帮在制作过程中,尽量少放些盐,或者不放盐,以免加重水钠潴留而影响药膳的疗效。素体脾虚便溏者慎用。
