[用料]野鸡1只,五味调料适量。 [制法]将野鸡去头、脚及内脏洗净,入水中用武火煮沸,撇去浮沫,再以文火煮至烂熟,去骨,加入五味调料作羹 。 [特效]此羹最适宜虚寒性泄泻、痢疾以及糖尿病(偏阳虚)者作为食疗佳品,但素有痼疾者不宜多食。
