[用料]羊肚1具,粳米、胡椒、生姜、豆豉、盐、生葱各适量。 [制法]将羊肚刮去脂膜,洗净,煮至半熟,捞起切成薄片。生姜、葱均洗净切成细丝。先以水煮羊肚片,水开后加入淘洗干净的粳米,再煮至米熟,加胡椒末、生姜、葱、豆豉、盐等配料,略煮拌匀即成羹。 [特效]羊肚是治疗虚劳赢瘦、不能饮食、消渴的要药,配以粳米甘温补中,煮成稀羹,再加五味调料,不但味美易消化,而且有很高的药用价值。
