番茄排骨汤

[用料]猪排骨500克,番茄100克,胡椒粉、精盐、姜、味精各适量。
[制法]将排骨洗净砍成条块在沸水中绰一下捞起;番茄洗净切块,姜拍破。将上述原料放入高压锅内,加适量水,并发给你入盐和胡椒粉,炖约10分钟,待高压锅气放完时,倒入汤碗中,放少量味精即可。佐餐用,四季皆宜。
[特效]补血生津,健身养颜。
