[用料]鲤鱼1条(约500克),冬瓜500克,葱白7根,五味调料适量。 [制法]将鲤鱼去鳞及内脏;冬瓜刮去青皮,切成小块;葱白切末。先将鲤鱼煮熟,取汁,加入冬瓜做成汽羹,起锅前加葱白和五味调料和匀即可。 [特效]鲤鱼羹是民间流传千余年的药膳,一般认为鲤鱼的功效为健脾利水、消肿、通乳,常用来治疗水分病和产妇少乳、缺乳等病。民间亦常用鲤鱼加中药益气通经活络之品,煮汤食,治疗产妇缺乳症,疗效可靠。
