[用料]鲜藕、枇杷、百合各50克,白糖、淀粉、水各适量。 [制法]将百合洗净;枇杷除去皮、核;藕洗净并切成2厘米左右长小片。把百合、枇杷和藕片共同入锅,加水适量置武火煎煮,水沸后改文火煨至熟软时,加入淀粉、白糖再煮沸即成。 [特效]这是流传于我国民间已久的一首著名保健羹。此羹的特点为羹味甜浓,营养丰富,融饮食与治病于一体。
