[用料]银耳25克,木耳50克,猪肉500克,红枣10枚,姜1片。 [制法]银耳浸泡发,去杂物,撕成小朵,入沸水煮5分钟捞出,沥水待用;木耳浸泡发,撕成小朵,入沸水稍煮,捞出,用清水洗净;猪肉放入沸水煮5分钟,捞出洗净沥水;红枣洗净去核。汤煲放适量水,将所有原料放入,大火煮开后改用小火炖至熟烂后,加调味料即可。佐餐食料饮汤,每日分2次服。 [特效]健胃和中,养血强身,美容养颜。
