[用料]枸杞子250克,水发银耳100克,冰糖200克,核桃仁适量。 [制法]将枸杞子洗干净,泡软,上笼蒸15分钟,取出沥干水分;水发银耳摘去粗硬杂质,洗干净。锅内加水和冰糖,烧沸,撇去浮沫,加银耳、枸杞,用文火炖约20分钟,撒入切成薄片的核桃仁即成。 [特效]枸杞炖银耳羹是著名的清补药膳,其特点为红白相映,汤浓质稠,清润爽口,甘美软滑,滋补力量,但需注意,脾虚寒泄泻者不宜食此羹。
