[用料]冷水500毫升,白糖60克,杨梅50克。 [制法]杨梅去蒂、洗净后,倒入锅中加水、白糖,用中火煮5~10分钟。煮沸后离火滤去果渣,搅匀。晾凉后加入冰块即可饮用。 [特效]本饮品为浅红色透明液体,酸甜爽口,果香悠长,风味特殊,是生津止渴、消食化积、解毒止血的佳品。
