[用料]冰水25克,白糖250克,玫瑰匣3克。 [制法]玫瑰茄洗净,加少量水倒进锅内,煮20分钟,滤去玫瑰茄渣。将水倒进锅中煮沸,用少量热水将糖调溶、过滤后加入锅内的沸水中待用。晾凉后,加入冰块即可饮用。 [特效]该饮品呈玫瑰红色,具有玫瑰独特的香味、酸甜爽口,适合夏季饮用。
