冰镇樱桃汁

[用料]樱桃40克,白糖60克,冷水500克,桃香精1~2滴,柠檬酸0.5克。
[制法]樱桃去茎,压碎、去核,洗净后放进锅中,加糖、水,用火煮10~20分钟。煮好的樱桃甜汁冷却至20℃以下后,加入柠檬酸和樱桃香精,搅拌匀。饮用时,加入冰块即可。
[特效]该汁为鲜红色,凉甜爽口,余味微酸,具有樱桃独特风味,且营养丰富。
