蛋黄桃汁

[用料]桃子1个,鸡蛋黄1个,牛奶100毫升,柠檬汁20克,砂糖20克,碎冰块少量。
[制法]桃子去皮、去核,压碎挤汁;鸡蛋煮熟,取黄,压碎研成糊状。把桃汁、蛋黄混合,加入牛奶、柠檬汁、砂糖,搅拌1分钟,再加入冰块即成。
[特效]桃子香味扑鼻,呈淡黄色,含有多种营养,是一种极好的滋补饮料。
