火腿猪骨冬瓜汤

[用料]熟火腿200克,猪骨头、冬瓜、盐、姜片、葱节、绍酒各适量。
[制法]冬瓜洗净,切厚片。火腿切厚片;锅置火上,加适量清水,放入猪骨、葱节姜片,旺火烧沸,撇去浮沫,加入绍酒,小火熬2小时至汤汁醇厚时,捞出猪骨、葱节、姜片,放入冬瓜,猪熟即可,加糖调味,盛入大汤碗,放上火腿片即成。喝汤食料,每日1料,分2次服。
[特效]健脾开胃,生精益血,利尿消肿,适用于妊娠水肿及产后体虚、食欲不振者。
