番茄苹果汁

[用料]番茄100克,苹果1/2个,芹菜20克。
[制法]番茄去皮后切块,苹果削皮后去心,芹菜取其茎,切成2~3厘米长,柠檬去皮。将全部材料放进压榨器中榨汁。
[特效]具有整肠作用的苹果,与含有丰富维生素A、维生素C的番茄,再加上香气浓郁的芹菜,所合的果汁有助于肠部蠕动。
