柳橙凤梨汁

[用料]柳橙1个,凤梨100克,番茄1/2,洋芹5克。
[制法]柳橙去皮,凤梨(又称菠萝)去皮与心,番茄去蒂,各切成适当大小。然后与洋芹等全部放进压榨器中榨汁,再随喜好添加蜂蜜。
[特效]本品是维生素A含量甚浓的果汁,可提高皮肤的新陈代谢,增强肌肤对刺激及细菌的抵抗力,而且可顺畅血液循环,预防皮肤老化。
