香菇猪肉汤

[用料]香菇10克,猪肉25克,精盐、味精少许。
[制法]香菇浸泡发,去蒂,切薄片;猪肉洗净,切片。锅加水置火上,放香菇片,旺火煮沸后加肉片,改文火煮半小时,加少许盐和味精调味即可。佐餐用,每日1料。
[特效]补血健脑,适于青少年及老人服用。
