金针菇肉丝汤

[用料]金针菇50克,猪肉丝25克,水发木耳10克,蒜苗末、料酒、精盐、味精各少许。
[制法]金针菇洗净,切段;水发木耳洗净,切丝;锅内加适量水烧开,放入金针菇、木耳、肉丝煮熟,撒上蒜苗末,加入料酒、盐、味精即成。佐餐用,可常服。
[特效]防癌抗癌,益智强身。
