猪心大枣汤

[用料]新鲜猪心1个,大枣20克,调味品适量。
[制法]先将猪心附着物去掉洗净切片,大枣去核与调味品共放于锅中,加水适量,炖煮约30分钟即可。饮汤,食猪心、大枣。可分2次食用。
[特效]养心安神,补血健脑,适用于心血不足引起的智力减退者。
