[用料]猪心1个,人参3克,当归、虾仁各30克。 [制法]猪心剖开洗净,内包人参、当归、虾仁,置于锅中,加清水适量,用武火煮沸,去浮沫,改文火继续煮至猪心熟烂即可。每日1剂,吃猪心、虾仁、嚼人参,喝汤。 [特效]补益气血,健脑安神,适用于气血亏虚之眩晕健忘,失眠多梦。
