牛骨胡萝卜汤

[用料]牛骨头250克,枸柜子30克,胡萝卜150克,生姜盐各适量。
[制法]先将牛骨洗涤干净,放入沙锅大火煮开,捞净浮渣、胡萝卜洗净,切成斜块,放入煮牛骨头沙锅内,煮开后小火炖,炖至牛肉牛骨髓充分溶解后,放入洗净的枸杞子、少许生姜上、盐,再炖半小时即可。饮汤食枸杞子、牛肉、胡萝卜。每日1料。
[特效]填精益髓,养血乌发。
