丝瓜猪肝瘦肉汤

 
[用料]猪肝、瘦猪肉各150克,丝瓜500克,姜1片,食盐、味精各少许。
[制法]将丝瓜削去棱边,洗净,削成角块;猪肝、瘦猪肉洗净,切成薄片,用调味料腌10分钟。丝瓜、姜片放入滚水锅中,文火煲几分钟,再放入瘦猪肉、猪肝,煲至猪肉熟,调味代用。佐餐食料饮汤,每是2次
[特效]清热养阴,活肤作斑,适用于肝热目赤、口干渴钦,或热毒上壅之面部斑等。
