牛肉枸杞海带汤

[用料]牛肉400克,枸杞子60克,海带25克,藕节5个,莲子20粒,酒60毫升。
[制法]先将枸杞子浸泡在酒中,海带泡好洗净切成段,藕节和莲子洗净后用热水泡软,牛肉切成小块。将锅中油烧热,放入葱段、姜片、蒜,炒出香味后放入牛肉翻炒。待牛肉炒至表面娈色时,加入热水约20000毫升,煮沸。除去浮沫,拣出葱段,加入海带、藕节,用小火炖煮30分钟,取出藕节,加入莲子、枸杞子及酒,继续炖至汤剩半量时加入盐、酱油、味精调味。吃肉,食菜,饮汤。
[特效]滋养肝肾,润肤护发。
