荔枝鸡肠汤

[用料]干荔枝肉15枚,雄鸡肠1具,姜、葱各3克。
[制法]将鸡肠洗净切段,入锅内以清水煎至半熟,加入荔枝、姜、葱,继续煮至鸡肠熟透即可。趁热吃肠喝汤,每日3次。
[特效]益肾利浊,降血糖,适用于肾虚型糖尿病。
