[用料]白萝卜500克,新鲜墨鳇净肉250克,冬菇25克,排骨300克砍成块,陈皮1/4个,姜1片,盐适量。 [制法]白萝卜去皮,洗净切厚块;冬菇浸泡软去脚沥干水;陈皮浸软刮去瓤洗净;墨鱼肉用盐搓擦后洗净,放入沸水中煮一会儿取出洗净;排骨入沸水中煮片刻后捞起洗净。煲内放适量水,加入陈皮煮沸后放入萝卜、墨鱼肉、排骨、姜、煲沸后,文火煲至排骨烂时,下冬菇再煲半小时,加入盐调味即可。饮汤食料,每日2次。 [特效]消积滞,化痰热,补血益气,益髓润燥,适用 于儿童消化不良,内火旺盛等症状的辅助治疗。
