鲤鱼头煮冬瓜汤

[用料]鲤鱼头1个,冬瓜90克。
[制法]先将鱼头去鳞、去鳃;冬瓜去皮切成块。锅置火上,放入鱼头、冬瓜,加适量水煮沸,小火炖至鱼头熟烂即可。饮汤食鱼头,每日1料,分2次服。
[特效]利水消肿,适用于孕妇水肿,即从下肢逐渐上长至大腿、上肢、头面部者。
