荠菜鸡蛋汤

[用料]鲜荠菜100克,鸡蛋1个,盐少许。
[制法]将鲜荠菜洗净放入沙锅中,加水3碗煎至1碗时,打入鸡蛋1个,煮熟,加盐少许调味即可。每日2次,连服1个月为1疗程。
[特效]清热利尿,凉肝止血,适用于急性肾炎尿血,并可辅助降压。
