［用料］鲜荠菜100克，鸡蛋1个，盐少许。 ［制法］将鲜荠菜洗净放入沙锅中，加水3碗煎至1碗时，打入鸡蛋1个，煮熟，加盐少许调味即可。每日2次，连服1个月为1疗程。 ［特效］清热利尿，凉肝止血，适用于急性肾炎尿血，并可辅助降压。
