[用料]青头鸭1只,草果1杖,赤小豆250克。 [制法]将鸭治净,去内脏,洗净沥干水。赤小豆洗净,草呆洗净捣碎,一并寒入鸭腹内,用线缝合,放入沙锅内,加清水高出鸭面,先武火煮沸,后改用文火煲3小时,调味食用。 [特效]此汤有健脾开胃、利尿消肿之功,适用于慢性肾炎脾虚水泛所致的全身性水肿(按之凹陷不起)。面色黄滞、食欲不振、小便短少等病症。
