赤豆乌鸡汤

[用料]黄毛乌骨母鸡1500克,赤小豆适量,黄酒2匙,细盐少许。
[制法]将乌骨鸡活杀,去毛,开腹弃肠杂,洗净。将赤小豆洗净后寒满鸡腹,淋上黄酒1匙,以线缝合,置瓷盆中,撒上细盐少许,上锅隔水蒸熟,离火。佐膳食,分2~3次食完。
[特效]此汤有补有泻,利水消肿,适用于轻症慢性肾炎水肿且体质虚弱者。
