鹅肉冬瓜汤

[用料]鹅肉250克,冬瓜500克,味精少许。
[制法]将鹅肉切细,入锅内加水炖至八成熟时,加入冬瓜(去皮、瓤,切块)同炖至熟烂,加味精调味即成。佐餐食,每日分2次食完,连用3~5日为1个疗程。
[特效]祛湿利尿,补肾消肿,适用于慢性肾炎患者。
