黄花菜瘦肉汤

[用料]瘦猪肉500克,黄花菜80克,去核红枣10枚。
[制法]瘦猪肉洗净,切小块;黄花菜择洗干净;红枣洗净。以上原料共入煲内,炖至肉烂即可。饮汤食料,每日1料,分2次服。
[特效]养气益血,补虚通乳,适用于产后气血不足所致的乳汁缺乏或停乳者。
