绿豆冬瓜汤

[用料]冬瓜500克,绿豆60克,砂糖少许。
[制法]冬瓜洗净切块,绿豆洗净,与冬瓜一齐放入沙煲里,加清水适量,用文火煲2小时,用砂糖调味服用。佐餐食用。
[特效]此汤有清热利水、解毒消肿之功,适用于急性肾炎早期,,症见血尿、眼睑水肿较明显、蛋白尿和高血压。
