杜仲枸杞子炖公鸡

[用料]净童公鸡1只(重约600克),杜仲20克,枸杞子20克,姜片5克,精盐、味精各适量。
[制法]童公鸡剁成块,用水冲净血污;杜仲、枸杞子分别用水洗净。锅内放水烧沸,把洗好的鸡块焯一下水。焯好的鸡块及杜仲、姜片放入炖盅内,加入水,用大火烧沸,撇去表面浮沫后,再放入枸杞子,盖好盖,改用小火炖2小时左右,至鸡块熟烂时,放精盐、味精,调好口味即可。
[特效]质地软嫩,味道鲜醇。
