鸭粥

[用料]青头雄鸭1只,粳米适量,葱白3根。
[制法]将青头鸭去毛及内脏,切细煮极烂,再中粳米、葱煮为粥,或用鸭汤煮成粥。佐餐食用。
[特效]适用于慢性肾炎。
